Simmental, Angus, Maine-Anjou and a few Beef builder Braunvieh. We offer Breeding Bulls and Replacement Females. We also have a large inventory of Fullblood and Purebred Braunvieh Semen and Embryos on site to pick up or ship from off site storage.
We love our Simmental Angus Maine and Beef Builders. Black White face cattle is our objective with style. We want them to raise a calf, breed back and stay in the herd for a long time. The fall calving is going well and we are 3/4 done as of the official day of Fall. It's been extremely hot and dry here in Northeast Oklahoma. Our pastures have held up awesome considering the load of cattle in each. We got the weed spray and fertilizer on at the right time when it rained. All the pastures have been clipped again so we can find the new babies easier and also keeps it looking like a garden of Eden for cattle.
Thank you to all that selected their replacement heifers and bull prospects and semen from Thorne Ranch last Spring. We will have another select group to choose from soon when we wean the Spring calves. They have had their first round of shots and bulls were cut except for one stick out. They have been on creep last 30 days and ready to wean as soon as we get a break in weather and fall calving.

tcl lily and tcl casey make premium sale for chey and charolette
We made it to another Mayes County Fair. When Chey said she'd like to show another heifer. We went to the weaning pen and picked out two similar Banker daughters. Little did me know that they were the sweetest heifers to work with. They broke so easy and were taken good care of by Chey each morning. We fed and turned them out each evening so our contribution wasn't as much as previous years. Charlotte showed Casey and Chey showed Lily. The numbers were way down again this year and it's not surprising when you consider the cost of a critter and feed. The chickens, goats and ducks bring as much as a good breeding heifer or market steer in the premium sale. Not quite even steven but it is what it is! I'd still rather show a heifer than a duck!

Uno is a Percentage Maine bull we kept out of TCL Dude a dual registered Simmental and Maine bull that is proving to produce some top progeny. They have come small and grow fast. We will be using him again on virgin heifers.
